I did accept the free topper, since I was afraid they'd use it as grounds to refuse my return request I'll be making as soon as the 30 days is up. Like 2" is going to feel like ANY difference at all. Their "solution" is to send us a 2" memory foam topper to convert it into a soft bed. Sleeping on this for that long is going to put me in the ER at least once, if not more. I tried to call and return it, but they're refusing to take it back until we "get used to it" for 30 days. Instead of a comfortable mattress, we got a rock hard behemoth that is giving my husband and I terrible back, shoulder, hip and neck pain. We went all in and got the deluxe version and everything.

The customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Almost every month we have called someone at the support number and get the same run around. Off and on for over a year now we have had no luck with customer service, they are always going to "look into it and get back to us", to which they never do. We purchased this mattress 2 years ago (), and it was broken down on the sides where we were falling off the sides around the 7 month mark.
